Please print out the membership form, fill it in, and send it to us. If you have trouble printing it out, just send us your name, e-mail address, snail mail address, phone number, and a brief statement about your special interests in walking or running. (Include any aspects of these sports that especially interest you such as: stretching, nutrition, weight loss, flexibility, competition, training methods, etc.).
